  • Business cards are not included but can be purchased separatey.
  • $25/month paid online.
  • 90% of referral fee to agent as long as total referral fee is at least $3,000. The Brokerage keeps 10% or $300 whichever is larger.
  • Referrals accepted on all sales of residential properties and land.
  • Commercial referrals are accepted on a case by case basis.
  • Residential lease referrals are NOT accepted.
  • You must keep your license active.
  • You may NOT represent a Buyer or Seller in a transaction.
  • Any marketing must be approved by the Broker in advance.
